Four battery cameras kept missing the beginning of events and needed constant charging. The homeowner wanted continuous footage and no subscription.

Battery cameras on a cloud plan, Wi-Fi only.
What was installed
- Six PoE cameras: front door, driveway, both side gates, back yard, garage
- Wired doorbell camera at the entry
- Local recorder sized for three weeks of retention
- Remote viewing configured on the family's phones

Installation approach
Runs pulled from the garage recorder through the attic and soffits. Cameras mounted at nine feet and aimed on approach paths.
