We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Cabling Installation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network cabling systems, ensuring that our clients’ network infrastructure is reliable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and terminate network cables (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics) in various environments.
Conduct site surveys to assess cabling requirements and design efficient network layouts.
Perform testing and troubleshooting of network cables to ensure proper connectivity and performance.
Install network hardware, including routers, switches, and patch panels.
Maintain documentation of network installations and updates.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations during all installations and maintenance activities.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications (e.g., BICSI) is a plus.
Proven experience in network cabling installation and maintenance.
Familiarity with various types of network cables and connectors.
Proficient in using tools and equipment related to cabling installation and testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with fiber optic cabling and related technologies.
Knowledge of local and national building codes and standards.
Experience with structured cabling systems and data center environments.
